Dress Spinach with Oyster Sauce and Chinese Soy Bean Paste.
Here’s a very easy Spinach Recipe to compliment a Meat, Chicken, or Fish main dish. It’s like a salad or a appetizer, well mainly like a side dish. Here are the ingredients needed to make this recipe. This is for a serving of 2 people.
☆ 1 bunch of fresh spinach
☆ 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
☆ 1/2 tbsp of sesame seed oil
☆ 1 tsp of Hot Chinese soybean paste
☆ salt a pinch or 2 here
Now we are ready to start. First wash the spinach in water. When you are done with that, get a pot filled with water and start boiling it. When the water start to boil, add your salt. (Here it is up to you how much you would like to add, I usually add 2 pinches of salt). Now add your spinach to the boiling water and let it set for about 15 to 20 seconds. You don’t want to over do the spinach here.
When you are done boiling the spinach, put it in a water strainer and run water over it for a bit. Now you need to squeeze the spinach to make sure that you get all the water out of it. Now we are going to cut the spinach into inch an a half and put them into a mixing bowl. Add the other ingredients into the bowl.(oyster sauce, sesame seed oil, and hot Chinese soybean paste.) Mix this with your hands until you have everything all mixed together.

Now you are ready to serve, add it into a small bowl and your done. I hope you enjoy making this like I did, try it out and share this with your friends and family. I will have more spinach recipes coming up in the next couple days. Subscribe to keep updated of my post. Have a great week.
