		<description>I like this dish. But because I stay away from cholesterol, I will remove the fat from the roast pork and leave out the butter. I wonder how that would affect the taste, because I know butter gives any dish great flavor.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Thanks and happy cooking!&lt;BR/&gt;Cheers!</description>
