Here’s a Japanese recipe called Sunomono Salad or Rice Vinegar Salad. My hubby likes this as a side dish with his main dish and also great with Japanese sake(Japanese rice wine). So let’s get started on getting our ingredients ready.
Now that we have what we need, let’s get started.
1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
2. Now boil the noodles for about 3 minutes and stirring occasionally then rinse well with cold water and drain.
3. Drain the crab meat and slice the cucumber thinly crosswise into 10 pieces. Then shred 1/2 cup carrots. Next grate finely 2 tsp ginger root and shred 1/2 cup Japanese radish.
4. Add all ingredients and toss well while adding the marinade.
5. Garnish with lemon wedges and wakame seaweed if you want to.
There you have it, and ready to server with your main dish or as an appetizer for guest. Hope you enjoy this, until next time let’s cook together. 次回は一緒に作りましょう~^^/~~

Japanese foods are tasty but they cost much here in my country
It’ll be great if I can do it on my own
I think this will be tasty. But I am 12 years old boy and so I don’t think I will need this. But this blog will be very useful for people who wanted these.
Same here. It’s a little expensive in our country. Would be much better if I can make my own Sunomono Salad or Rice Vinegar Salad, but I bet it won’t taste the same as the yours since I’m not really good in cooking, but atleast I’m trying..=)
