Here’s a very Healthy Recipe called Tuna Salad. This was submitted by one of my friends in the neighborhood. Her name is Yumiko. It’s very easy and simple to make, so let’s get started with what we need to make the dish as well as the dressing.
Ingredients:
☆ 200g of tuna
☆ 150g of Yam (nagaimo)
Dressing: “Horseradish Dressing”
☆ 3 tbsp of pineapple juice
☆ 2 tbsp of vinegar (balsamico)
☆ 3 tbsp of olive oil
☆ 1 1/2 of soy sauce
☆ 2 tbsp of horseradish (grated)
☆ salt (preference)
Now that we have what we need to make the Tuna Salad and Dressing let’s get started.
1. First we need to cut our tuna and yam into 1.5 ~ 2 cm. After you are done set this on the side so we can make our dressing next.
2. Now we need to add all the ingredients for the dressing into a small mixing bowl and mix this up a little.
3. We are almost done, add your tuna and yam into a small serving dish. Now dressing the tune and yam with the horseradish dressing that we just mixed. This recipe will serve 4 people. There you have it. Hope you enjoy this, until next time let’s cook together. 次回は一緒に作りましょう~^^/~~

I'm happily married for 8 years and have 5 lovely children. I'm from Japan as my husband is from Hawaii. I love learning new things, share new ideas, making new friends, and most of all love blogging.

Yum, I love tuna! Not a fan of horseradish though. It hurts my nose. >.<
