  • ☆ 3 tbsp of pineapple juice
  • ☆ 2 tbsp of vinegar (balsamic)
  • ☆ 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • ☆ 1 1/2 of soy sauce
  • ☆ 2 tbsp of horseradish (grated)
  • ☆ salt (preference)
