Here’s a Japanese Recipes Called Iwashi Kabayaki-Don (Sardine Broiled Bowl). This for the people who likes sardines dishes. This is another quick and simple dish to make for those long days at work. Having all the ingredients on hand this should take about 10 ~ 15 minutes to make. Well, let’s get started with what we need.

Directions:

1. Apply your flour to the sardine, than fry the sardine on both sides with oil. Make sure that your heat is on medium, we don’t want to burn the poor sardines.

2. Than add your Japanese sake, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame seed to the frying pan. Toss and stir the ingredients for about 3 ~ 4 minutes after you have browned both sides of the sardine.

3. We are almost done, now we need to get a medium size bowl and add our nice a fresh made rice. Add the sardines on top of the rice and There you have it. This will serve for one person. Hope you enjoy this, until next time let’s cook together. 次回は一緒に作りましょう~^^/~~
