- Ingredients:
- ☆ 1 cup of mirin (sweetened Japanese sake)
- ☆ 1 cup of sugar
- ☆ 1 liter of soy sauce
- ☆ empty bottle of container you want to keep the kaeshi in.
Here’s a Special Blend Soy Sauce Called “Kaeshi”. If you like Soy you will like this one. Here’s what we need to make this Kaeshi.
Directions:
First add all the ingredient into a pot so that we can boil it. It is done when you start to see little tiny bubble boiling up. Turn the heat off and let it cool down for a couple hours before adding it to your bottle or container. There you have it.
