Japanese Recipe Called Fried Spinach with Beacon

Sauteed-SpinachHere’s a Japanese Recipe called Fried Spinach with Beacon. It’s your typical Japanese side dish, very simple and easy to make. There are many different version of this recipe, in many homes in Japan. So let’s get started on what we need to make this Fried Spinach with Beacon side dish.

Ingredients:

☆ 1 bunch of fresh spinach
☆ 1 tbsp of butter
☆ 1 tbsp of kaeshi
☆ 1 tbsp of soy sauce
☆ 4 slices of beacon

Directions:

1. First we need to fry our beacon slowly in a frying pan on low heat.
2. When your beacon is nicely browned, we need to add our spinach, butter, and keashi to our beacon.
3. Almost done here, now we need to toss well. Making sure that we have all our ingredients mixed in. This serves 2 ~ 3 people and there you have it. Hope you enjoy this, until next time let’s cook together. 次回は一緒に作りましょう~^^/~~
