It's hard when you don't have a rice cooker! I looked everywhere, they are just not sold where i live (Russia) :( so, i tried maybe 4 times to cook rice without it, but only failed miserably so far... no matter what i do, the cooked rice is all sticky (can't get it off my fingers) but it doesn't holds its shape. so, if i try to form a roll and cut a piece off with a knife, it would just fall apart into small pieces :( obviously i'm doing something wrong, but what?
