		<description>I don&#039;t see anything particularly hard in this recipe... It&#039;s hard when you don&#039;t have a rice cooker! I looked everywhere, they are just not sold where i live (Russia) :( 
so, i tried maybe 4 times to cook rice without it, but only failed miserably so far... no matter what i do, the cooked rice is all sticky (can&#039;t get it off my fingers) but it doesn&#039;t holds its shape. so, if i try to form a roll and cut a piece off with a knife, it would just fall apart into small pieces :( 
obviously i&#039;m doing something wrong, but what?</description>
