  • ☆ 3tbsp sugar
  • ☆ 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ☆ 2 tbsp mirin
  • B. Shiitake mushroom
  • ☆ 4 dried shiitake mushroom
  • ☆ 1/2 cup dashi stock
  • ☆ 2 tbsp sugar
  • ☆ 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ☆ 1 tbsp mirin
  • ☆ 4 whole spinach
  • ☆ 4-5 tbsp denbu shredded and seasoned fish flesh.
