- A. Kanpyo(dried gourd strip)
- ☆ 10g dried gourd strip
- ☆ water
- ☆ salt
- ☆ 1 cup dashi stock
- ☆ 3tbsp sugar
- ☆ 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ☆ 2 tbsp mirin
- B. Shiitake mushroom
- ☆ 4 dried shiitake mushroom
- ☆ 1/2 cup dashi stock
- ☆ 2 tbsp sugar
- ☆ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ☆ 1 tbsp mirin
- ☆ 4 whole spinach
- ☆ 4-5 tbsp denbu shredded and seasoned fish flesh.
