Hello Andrew, Thank you for comment. So, How to make “simmered Konbu kelp”… First, slice the konbu kelp and chop the bonite flakes, add the 1 tbsp mirin, 2 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce and enough sake to cover the ingredients. Then cook slowly at low heat. It is so match with cooked rice, Please try it.
