☆Lentil Soup☆

Ohayo minasan, I finally had to make a Soup category.  Here’s a soup called Lentil Soup, it’s easy to make and very tasty when it’s all done.  This good for those cold and rain nights, to keep you warm in inside.

Well let’s get started with what we need to get going with the Lentil Soup.

Ingredients:

☆ 200 g lentil

☆ 1 liter water

☆ 1/2 onion

☆ 1/2 carrot

☆ 1 tsp chili powder

☆ 2 tbsp butter

☆ salt and pepper

Direction:

1. Soak lentils in water 2 to 3 hours before cooking and wash lentils with water.

2. Cut the onion and carrot into 5 mm slices.

3. Put the lentils, onion, carrot and water in a pot, and cook on low heat until water is gone, and let stand cool.

4. When cool, put the lentil, onion, and carrot in mixer and blend until smooth.

5. Return the soup to the pot and cook and add the chili powder, butter, salt and pepper, serve immediately  and garnish with a little of fresh cream.

There you have it. Hope you enjoy this, until next time let’s cook together. 次回は一緒に作りましょう~^^/~~
