• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 800g-1 kg chicken breast or boneless
  • ☆ 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
  • ☆ 2-3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • ☆ salt
  • ☆ pepper
  • ☆ green salad for garnish
  • ☆ Japanese mustard for garnish
  • For teriyaki sauce:
  • ☆ 1 cup mirin
  • ☆ 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • ☆ 1-2 tbsp sugar

☆ Teriyaki Chicken ☆

Direction:
1. Make the Teriyaki sauce. Put the mirin in a small pan, and it over low heat for 1-2min. Add the soy sauce and sugar, and simmer for an additional 1-2min.
2. Lightly season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan
on medium heat, brown both side of the chicken, and until cooking through.
3. Add the Teriyaki sauce and continue to cook until has glazed and covered chicken.
4. Remove the pan from the heat, slice and serve the chicken with green salad and mustard.
5. Pour any remaining Teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
