Good Morning everyone, here are some easy to make salads.  If you are not in the mood to make a big one.  It’s for kids lunch box or the hubby lunch box if you are make them one..lol  Hope you enjoy making these dishes.  If you have Questions feel free to message me and I will get back to you as quick as I can.

So let’s get going with making our Salads, shall we.

☆ Mini Tomato Salad ☆

Ingredients:

☆ 12 mini tomato

☆ 1/4 small onion

☆ 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

☆ 1/4 tsp sea salt

☆ 2 tsp apple vinegar

Direction:

1. Cut the mini tomato into   half .

2. Put the mini tomato in a bowl, and add the onion while slicing with slicer. Add the olive oil and sea salt,  and mix well. Add the apple vinegar and mix.

☆Cucumber Salad ☆

cucumber-salad Ingredients:

☆ 2 cucumber

☆ 1 tbsp olive oil

☆ 1 tsp flax oil

☆ sea salt

Direction:

1. Cut the cucumber into using rolling wedge cut  techniques.

2. Put the cucumber in a bowl, and add the olive oil and mix. Add the flax oil mix  well. seasoning with sea salt.

☆ Morocco Kidney Bean Salad ☆

kidney-bean Ingredients:

☆ 12 kidney bean

☆ 1 cup yogurt

☆ 1 clove grated garlic

☆ 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

☆ 1/2 tsp sea salt

Direction

1. Combine the yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice and sea salt and mixwell.

2. Place the kidney bean in a pot, and pour the 1/2 cup water, cover and heat over a medium heat. steam for about 5-6 min.Let stand cool.

3. Arrange the kidney bean and pour over the yogurt sauce.
