- ☆ 35 g red beans "AZUKI"

- ☆ sesame salt(mixed black sesame and salt "FURIKAKE" )

Good Morning Everyone, Today’s recipes is called “Red Rice”. If you are tired of eating regular rice or brown rice and want to try something a little different, then this is for you. Easy to make and very delicious too and the family will love it too.
So Let’s get started with what we need to make our “Red Rice” dish, shall we.
Direction:
1. Wash the red beans well in cold water, boil for 1-2 min and drain. Put 1 cup water in the pot, and bring to the boil over a high heat. When comes to the boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes until tender.
2. Dain the beans, and reserving liquid and divide the beans and liquid.
3. Wash the glutinous rice 30 min prior to cooking and drain. Add the red beans and mix well with rice. Place the mixed rice and red beans in a rice cooker. Add some water to the liquid used for boiling the red beans make 340 cc. Pour over into the rice cooker, and add the salt, and cook.
4. When cooking is finished, keep the covered and let stand for 15 min to settle the grains.
5. Transfer to another bowl, and cooling. When the cool at room temperature, serve the rice and sprinkle with sesame salt.
