☆ Simmered Vegetables with Omelet ☆

Good Morning Everyone, Today’s recipe is called Simmered Vegetables with Omelet.  This is a dish you usually have for brunch time, you can make this for dinner also.  I usually make this on the weeks, cause we usually sleepin and that’s when brunch comes in..heehee

Well, this is Day 2 of 100 Recipes for 100 Days Challenge.  Let’s get stared with what we need to make our Simmer Vegetable with Omelet.

Direction:

1. Cut the tomato in half and cut the zucchini into roughly. Cut the green kidney bean into 5 cm lengths.

2. place the mini tomato, zucchini, green kidney bean, and basil in a large pot. Cover and steam-simmer until ingredients tender. When the simmered, add the seasoning with salt and pepper.

3. Drop the eggs into bowl, and beat briefly and add a pinch of salt. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, Add the beaten eggs, and make omelet.

4. Arrange the omelet on a plate, and pour all over the simmered vegetable on the omelet.
