- Ingredients:
- ☆ 4 chikuwa
- ☆ 2 tsp green tea leaf
- ☆ 3 tbsp potato stach
- ☆ oil for deep- fry
- ☆salt for garnish
☆ Fried Chikuwa with Green tea leaves ☆
Good Morning Everyone, Today’s Recipes called Fried Chikuwa with Green Tea leaves. This is a side dish that’s goes great with any meat or fish main dish. It’s easy and simple direction to make. I usually make this when i have guest over the house.
Well, let’s get start with cooking.
Direction:
1. Cut the chikuwa in half and 1cm wise diaogonal.
2. Grind the green tea leaf until finely in a grinding bowl, and mix with the potato starch, and coat the chikuwa with then.
3. Place the chikuwa in oil at 170℃, and deep-fry. When the batter is crispy, drain on a tray.
4. Arrange the chikuwa on a plate, and garnish with salt. Eat while apply the salt.
