Crispy Pork with Tomato(カリカリ豚トマト)

☆ Crispy pork with Tomato (カリカリ豚トマト)☆
Ingredients
☆ 200g pork, thinly sliced
☆ 2 large tomato
☆ 1 clove ginger
☆ 1 clove garlic
☆ 1 tbsp olive oil
☆ salt and pepper
☆ parsley, minced
Direction
1. Cut the pork into the 1cm wide pieces. Cut the tomato into the 1cm round.
2. Heat the olive oil in frying pan, and fry the pork until crispy. When cooked, removed from the frying pan, and set aside.
3. Cook the tomato both side briefly.
4. Place tomato on plate, and put the crispy pork on top, and sprinkle the parsley on top.
( 4 serve )
