☆ Paprika with Sesame Dressing(パプリカの胡麻和え)☆
Good Morning Everyone, I hope everyone is having a great day. It’s been raining all today for the pass 2 days. Well, I think we needed this rain after the hot summers. Today’s recipe is a Side dish called Paprika with Sesame Dressing. This dish goes go with any main dish of your choice.
Well let’s get started with what we need to make our Paprika with Sesame Dressing.

Ingredients:
☆ 2 paprika
☆ 2 green pepper
☆ 4 tbsp grind white sesame
☆ 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
☆ 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
☆ 1 tsp mirin
☆ 1 tsp dashi stock
Direction:
1. Cut the paprika and pepper into 1cm length slice, and place in boiling salted water and boil for briefly.
2. Place the grind sesame, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and dashi stock in a bowl, and mix well.
3. Add the paprika into bowl, and mix well with the sesame dressing. Serve immediately.
