- ☆ 1/4 cup soy sauce
- ☆ 2 tsp sugar
- ☆ 1tsp mirin
- ☆ 1/2tbsp grated ginger
☆ Tofu with Ricotta Cheese (豆腐のリコッタチーズのせ)☆
Good Morning Everyone, another beautiful day here in Japan and theres a cool breeze blow from the south. Today’s recipe is called Tofu with Ricotta Cheese. This a side dish that goes good with any Meat main dish. I make this on special occasions when someone from my hubby work office comes over or some friends I haven’t seen in a while.
Well, let’s get started with what we need to make our Tofu with Ricotta Cheese dish.
Direction:
1. Make sauce: Put the soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and grated ginger in a small pan. And boil briefly and let stand until cool.
2. Place the tofu in a dish, and place the ricotta cheese on top of tofu and sprinkle with the green perilla, dried bonito flakes, and sesame. Finally, pour over the sauce and serve immediately.
