Good Morning Everyone, How’s everyone week going so far? I hope it’s going great.  Well, this my number 25/100 Recipe Blog for my 100 Recipes in 100 days Challenge.  So far it’s going great and I’m having fun sharing them with you.  Today’s Japanese Recipe is called Hot Fried Potato. This is a side dish, my kids love to eat as a snack.lol  This Dish goes good with any meat main course.

Well, let’s get started with what we need to make our Hot Fried Potato dish.

Ingredient:

☆ 2 potato

☆ 1 clove garlic, cut into mince

☆ 2 red chili, cut into chop

☆ 1/4 bunch spring onion thinly edge cut

☆ 1 tbsp vinegar

☆ 2 tbsp vegetable oil

☆ little of salt

Direction:

1. Cut the potato into strips and keep in cold water, and drain on a sieve.

2. Place the oil in a frying pan, and add the red chili and garlic and fry.

3. When it become to good smell, add the potato and stir-fry briefly. Add the vinegar and fry over a high heat, until potato is soften, then season with salt, sprinkle the spring onion, serve immediately.
