- Ingredients:
- ☆ 1 cauliflower
- ☆ 3 sliced bacon
- ☆ 1 glove garlic, cut into thinly slice
- ☆ 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ☆ salt and pepper
☆ Fried Cauliflower with Bacon(カリフラワーのベーコン炒め) ☆
Good Afternoon Everyone. I hope everyones week is going great and looking forward to the weekend. Well, today’s Japanese Recipe is called Fried Cauliflower with beacon. I make this recipe once in awhile, cause the supermarket near where we live rarely carries cauliflower. So when they have it on hand I usually buy it and make the dish for the family.
Well, Let’s start getting our ingredients ready to make our Fried Cauliflower with beacon dish.
Direction:
1. Trim the cauliflower and cut into bite-size pieces, then, boil briefly and drain on sieve. Cut the bacon into 2cm wide pieces.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and fry over a low heat. When the becomes to good smell, add the bacon and fry until crispy.
3. Add the cauliflower, and stir-fry , season with salt. Arrange it on plate, sprinkles the black pepper, and serve immediately.
