- Ingredients:
- ☆ 2 tbsp sesame paste or unsalted smooth peanut butter
- ☆ 2 tbsp ground taosted sesame
- ☆ 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- ☆ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ☆ 1 tbsp sugar
- ☆ salt and seven-chili powder
☆ Sesame Dressing(胡麻ドレッシング) ☆
Good Morning Everyone, Another weekend has gone by and starting of a new week. It’s a little bit over cast and a nice breeze blown. Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Sesame Dressing or 胡麻ドレッシング in Japanese. I figure I mix up my recipe and add some dressing recipe. This is a very delicious dressing for your salad. I usually make my own dressing cause the dressing in the supermarkets are getting very expensive now days.
Well, let’s get started with what we need to make our Sesame Dressing.
Direction:
1. Combine all the ingredients, mixing well.
2. Place the salad leaves in suitable bowl and either serve the dressing separately or dress just before eating.
* Once made, it will keep in the fridge 2-3 days.

This is is quite easy yet I haven’t thought of it myself. Thanks for this Sesame dressing. I’m a big fan of sesame seeds.
