- Ingredients:
- ☆ 100g spam, cut into rectangles pieces
- ☆ 1/6 cabbage cut into 2㎝ pieces
- ☆ 1/3 onion cut into 1㎝ slice
- ☆ 1/3 carrot cut into rectangles
- ☆ 1/2 pack sprouts
- ☆ 1/2 bunch spring onion cut into 4-5㎝ length pieces
- ☆ 20g "KURUMA-BU"(wheat gluten bread)
- A: ☆ 2 eggs, beaten
- ☆ 1/4 tsp salt
- ☆ a little of pepper
- ☆ 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ☆ 1 tsp soy sauce
- ☆ 1/2 tsp salt
- ☆a little of pepper
- ☆ a little of dried bonito powder
☆Fu Chanpuru-Okinawa Style(フーチャンプルー)☆
Good Morning Everyone, hope everyone is doing great today. Looks like the Super Typhoon has been degraded from a category 5 to a category 4. Most likely to hit early as tomorrow morning, in the Shikoku and Wakayama prefectures. We should be all right cause we are North part of Osaka near Kyoto, so we will most likely to see Heavy Rains and some floods in our area.
Well, Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Fu Chanpuru-Okinawa Style. This was submitted for a friend of mine in Okinawa which I will share with all of you. This is a very delicious dish and also easy to make. Enjoy.
Let’s get started with what we need to make out Fu Chanpuru-Okinawa Style, shall we.


Direction:
1. Soak the KURUMABU in cold water, for about 10 min, and squeeze out of the moisture, and marinate into “A” for 2-3 min. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, and fry briefly. transfer to a plate and set aside.
2. Put the other oil same frying pan, and spam, carrot, onion, cabbage, sprouts in this order and fry.
3. Put the back into “KURUMABU” into the pan, and ajust the flacor with salt, pepper, soy sauce and dried bonito powder. Then serve immediately.
