☆Garlic Fried Rice with konbu(昆布チャーハン) ☆
Good Morning Everyone, I hope your week is going great. Well the Typhoon has passed our area early this morning and moving slow to the north of Japan. Not so much damage has happen, just some minor roofs and bridges down and some minor injuries.
Well, today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Garlic Fried Rice with Konbu. Very easy to make and great for a lite meal if your on the go or have some extra cooked rice left over for the day before. You can also mix this recipe with a main course and use this as a side dish if you wish. Enjoy
So let’s get started with what we need to make our Garlic Fried Rice with Konbu.
Ingredients:
☆ 2 portion cooked brown rice
☆ 1 clove garlic, cut into mince
☆ 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
☆ salted- konbu kelp (SHIO-KONBU)
Direction:
1. Place the sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan, and preheat to over a medium heat.
2. When to the becomes good smell, add the cooked brown rice and stir-fry well, then add the SHIO-KONBU and stir-fry briefly. Arrange it in a plate, serve immediately.
