☆Asparagus with MENTSUYU Dressing(アスパラガスの揚げびたし) ☆
Good Morning Everyone. The sun has final come out and it’s a beautiful weekend here in Japan. Today Japanese Cooking Recipe is a side dish called Asparagus with Mentsuyu Dressing. A very delicious side dish to go with any Main dish. I recommend try this recipe when you have a fish as your main dish. Very easy to make also, I hope you enjoy this recipe.
Well, let’s get started with what we need to make our Asparagus with Mentsuyu Dressing.
Ingredients:
☆ 6-7 asparagus (Green and White)
☆ Vegetable oil for deep- fry
☆ 100 cc MENTSUYU
☆ 100 cc water
Direction:
1. Combine the MENTSUYU and water into a bowl and mixing, set aside.
2. Cut the asparagus into 4㎝ lengthwise pieces, drain and wrap with paper towel.
3. Then, deep fry in oil preheat to 180℃ for about 3min, just deep fried the asparagus in to a bowl for “1″ . soak for about 4-5min, and arrange to a plate.
