Good Morning Everyone, I hope that everyone is doing well today.  Nothing new to report thats interesting here in Japan.  Well, today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Grilled Dried Horse Mackerel or 鯵の干物 in Japanese.  My hubby just loves eating this and it’s very delicious too.  I would conceder this be a typical Japanese meal for dinner time, when the Mackerel is in season.

Well, Let’s get started with what we need to make our Grilled Dried Horse Mackerel.

Ingredients

☆ 2 dried horse mackerel

☆ grated white radish

☆ your choice, soy sauce

Direction

1. Place the dried horse mackerel on a cooking grill for fish, and grill over a high heat for about 5-6 min. When the whole fish is about 70% done, turn out and grill the other side.(skin)

2. When the cooked, arrange the mackerel on a plate, and garnish with grated white radish and your choice, with soy sauce
