☆Mushroom Omelet(きのこの卵焼き)☆
Good Morning Everyone, Hope your having a great weekend. I’ve got the early morning shift today, but will be back later this afternoon. Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Mushroom Omelets or きのこの卵焼き in Japanese. My kids love this recipe and I usually make this for them on the weekends where they can take their time eating.
Well, Let’s get started with what we need to make our Mushroom Omelet Recipe.
Ingredients:
☆ 3 eggs
☆ 3 shiitake mushroom, cut into thinly slice
☆ 1/3 tsp salt
☆ 1/2 tsp mirin
☆ 1 tbsp vegetable oil
☆ 1/2 tsp soy sauce + 1/2 tsp water
Direction:
1. Drop the egg in a bowl, and beat, add the salt and mirin and mix well.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the siitake mushroom fry slowly over a low heat. Pour the egg mixture in a frying pan, stir- fry briefly and make rolling shape.
