- ☆ 25g pine nuts
- ☆ 1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- ☆ 1/2 tbsp honey
- ☆ 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- ☆ 1/3 tsp salt

Good Morning Everyone, I hope that everyone is having a great week. Well, it looks like winter has start a month early here in Japan. There has been report of snow falling in the northern part of Japan in Hokkaido and in the next Prefecture near us in Shiiga. This morning it was alittle cold, but should be warmer in the afternoon.
Well, today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Spinach with Roasted Pine nuts or ほうれん草と松の実の和えもの in Japanese. This is a very Health Side dish for any main course meal and very simple to make. Enjoy.
Let’s see what we need to make our Spinach with Pine Nuts dish.
Direction:
1. Boil the spinach, rinse in cold water and squeeze out of moisture, and cut into 5㎝ lengths pieces.
2. Roast the pine nuts and chopped roughly. Combine the parmesan cheese, honey, vinegar,and salt and mixing with pine nuts, then dress with spinach.
