• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 1 bunch shungiku( garland chrysanthemum)
  • ☆ 5㎝ long green onion (white part)
  • ☆ 1-2 chikuwa (fish sausage)
  • ☆1 tbsp oliveoil
  • ☆ salt
  • ☆ toasted sesame

☆Shungiku and Chikuwa Salad(春菊とちくわのサラダ)☆

Good Morning Everyone, I hope everyone is have a great week and looking forward to the weekend.  The weather has changed again here and it’s a little warmer then the pass few days.  Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Shungiku and Chikuwa Salad or 春菊とちくわのサラダ in Japanese.  This is a very healthy salad and very delicious.  Very easy to make, I hope you enjoy making and eating this recipe.

Well, let’s go started with what we need to make our Shungiku and Chikuwa Salad.

Direction:

1. Tear he shungiku leaves, rinse in the cold water for about 30 min, drain on the sieve.

2. Cut the long green onion into thinly rectangle and chikuwa into 1㎝ wide rectangle, and grate the garlic.

3. Place the garlic, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl, add the long green onion and dressing well.

4. Add the chikuwa and toasted sesame and shunguku leaves and dress briefly.
