Boiled Squid( さっぱりイカ)

Good Morning Everyone, I hope everyone weekend is going great. I got the early morning shift so I have to write this now before I have to leave for work. Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Boiled Squid or さっぱりイカ in Japanese. This is great with beer and when you have guest over the house. This is not so hard to make either, I hope you enjoy this recipe.
Well, let’s get started with what we need to make our Boiled Squid recipe.
Ingredients:
☆ 2 squid
☆ salt
☆ soy sauce
☆ 1-2 lemon, kabosu, or lime
Direction:
1. Remove the innards of squid and rinse well with cold water and drain and pat. Cut the squid into 1㎝ wide rounds.
2. Bling to the salted water, boil the squid for about 15 seconds, rinse in iced water briefly. Drain and place in a dish plate.
3. pour over fully lemon(kabosu or lime) juice, and soy sauce.
This Recipes Serves 2 people. There you have it.
