☆Fried Carrot with Sprout(にんじんともやしの炒め物) ☆
Good Morning Everyone, I hope that everyone had a great weekend. We are getting closer to the end of the year and a lot of Season Holidays are coming up. I know I will be busy in the kitchen this year again. Oh well.. Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Fried Carrot with Sprouts or にんじんともやしの炒め物 in Japanese. This is a very healthy Side dish for any main course meals and very easy to make. I hope that you enjoy this recipe.
Well, let’s see what we need to make our Fried Carrot with Sprouts.
Ingredients:
☆ 1 carrot
☆ 1 clove garlic
☆ 1 red chili
☆ 1 tbsp olive oil
☆ 1/2 pack sprout
☆ salt and pepper
Direction:
1. Peel the carrot and cut into thinly strips. Mush the garlic, cut the red chili into half and remove the seeds.
2. Put the olive oil, and garlic into a frying pan over a low heat. When the becomes to the good smell, add the red chili and carrot, and fry.
3. When becomes the carrot soften, add the sprout and fry briefly and a just the flavor with salt and pepper.
This Recipes Serves 2 people. There you have it.
