• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 160g flour
  • ☆ 1/1/2 tsp baking powder
  • ☆ 20g melted butter
  • ☆ 1 egg
  • ☆ 100g corn cream
  • ☆ 40g sugar
  • ☆ 100 cc milk
  • ☆ vegetable oil

☆Corn Pancake(コーンパンケーキ)☆

Good Morning Everyone, Is everyone having a great week? Looks like we are going to plan to take the family to Disney Land next month, I got the ok from my hubby last night.  It’s been maybe 8 or 9 years since we been back to Disney Land more on this later this week.  Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is not really Japanese Cooking but, it one of my favorite I like to have after the kids and the hubby are all out of the house.  Yesterday I was craving some pancakes and decided to make Corn Pancakes or  コーンパンケーキ in Japanese.  This is very easy to make if you already make your own pancakes.  Enjoy this cause I sure did.

Well, let’s see what we need to make our Corn Pancakes.

Direction:

1. Combine the flour and baking powder. Drop the egg in a bowl and beat. Add the sugar and milk, mixing and add the melted butter, corn cream and flour, mixing with whipper.

2. Coat the oil in a frying pan, pour the pancake mixture into frying pan, place over a medium low heat, cook for about 1-2 min, then turn out continue cook the other side for about 1 min.

This Recipes Serves 2 people. There you have it.
