Donut(ドーナッツ)

Good Morning Everyone, Another week going by so fast now days. I’m looking forward to the weekend, as we are planning to have a picnic. That’s if it doesn’t rain on the weekend.
Well, Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Donuts or ドーナッツ in Japanese. This is very easy to make and the kids will love this. My kids like to help me in the kitchen when I’m make this for them. I hope you enjoy this Recipe.
Well, let’s see what we need to make our donuts.
Ingredients:
☆ 120cc milk(warm to 40℃)
☆ 1 egg
☆ 10 grain cardamon( peel and chopped)
☆ 240g hard flour
☆ 60g flour
☆ 30g butter
A: ☆ 5g dried yeast
☆ 2 tbsp honey
☆ 2 tbsp sugar
☆ deep-fry for oil
☆ cinnamon powder
☆ granule sugar
Direction:
1. Put the ingredients for “A” in a large bowl, pour the milk and mixing with whipper and add the egg and cardamon mixing.
2. Combine the hard flour and flour sift, then add the bowl for “1″ and knead for 4-5 min. Add the butter and knead until smooth. Cover with wrap film, let stand in warm place for 40 min to 1 hour.
3. Roll the dough until 1㎝ thick on surface sprinkle with flour and cut into round shape. Cover with cloth, let stand for 10-15 min in warm place.
4. Deep- fry the donuts in oil at 170℃ until golden brown, when the cooked, drain on a tray and coat the granules sugar and cinnamon powder.
