Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Banana and Avocado Salad or バナナとアボカドのサラダ in Japanese. This is a very delicious recipe and easy to make. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
Well, let’s see what we need to make our Banana and Avcado Salad.
Direction:
1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed and cut into bite -size. Cut the banana in same size with avocado.
2. Combine the avocado and banana in a bowl, sprinkle the lemon juice with squeeze the lemon, and mix well. Stuff the avocado skin and sprinkle the japaleno.

That is realy good, I did not use Jalapenos…
also try – freeze banana and avocado cut into small pieces; once hard enough quickly blend into delicious ice cream …kids love it!
