• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 2 small size cauliflower
  • ☆ 4 slice anchovies
  • ☆ 20g sliced almond
  • ☆ 1/2 lemon
  • ☆ olive oil
  • ☆ pepper

☆Cauliflower Salad(カリフラワーサラダ) ☆

God Morning Everyone, I hope everyone is doing great this week. It’s another chilly morning today and the the leaves are starting to change on the tress near us.  Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipes is called Cauliflower Salad or カリフラワーサラダ in Japanese.  This is a very delicious dish and also very easy to make, this goes great with any main course meal. Enjoy.

Let’s start with what we need to make our Cauliflower Salad.

Direction:

1. Place the cauliflower in the steam pan, sprinkle the little of salt, and steam for 12-13 min or  Boil with salted boiled water until cauliflower is tender. Toast the sliced almond.

2. Arrange the steamed cauliflower on a plate, sprinkle the teared anchovies, and sliced almond. Pour the olive oil, sprinkle the pepper, and garnish with lemon wedge and eat.
