Ground Chicken Noodles☆Ground Chicken Noodles(鶏そぼろ麺) ☆

Good Morning Everyone, I hope that you had a great weekend.  Today’s a Holiday here in japan, so we are just sitting around a relaxing today.  As we get ready for another long week ahead of us.  Today’s Japanese Cooking recipe is called Ground Chicken Soup Noodles or 鶏そぼろ麺 in Japanese.  Another great dish for those cold winter days, very easy to make. Enjoy.

Let’s see what Ingredients we need to make our Ground Chicken Noodles, shall we.

Ingredients:

☆ 2 bunch dried SO-MEN noodles

☆ 200g ground chicken

☆ 2 tsp grated ginger

☆ 1 sheet konbu kelp(used for dashi stock), cut into strips

☆ 800 cc dashi stock

☆ 2 tbsp sake

☆ salt

☆ vegetable oil

☆ spring onion, cut into chopped

Ingredients for Dashi stock:

☆ 2 dreid shiitake mushrooms

☆ 2×5㎝ square konbu kelp

☆ 600-800 cc water

Direction:

1. make to dashi stock: Soak the dreid shiitake muusrooms, and konbu kelp in cold water for 8hours.

2. Heat th oil in a pan and add the ground chicken, ginger and fry. When it fried, add the dashi stock, sake, konbu kelp, and salt.

3. boil the so-men noodles, combine with soup, then place the noodles and soup in a dish bowl. Sprinkle the spring onion.

This Recipes Serves 2 people. There you have it.
