  • A: 150 cc dashi stock
  • 50 cc stock of reconstituted shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ☆ 3 cups cooked sushi rice
