Good Morning Everyone, Another chill day here and it looks like it may snow here in my area for the first time.  Winter has sneaked pass the fall season very fast this year.  So now I have to get the family winter clothes out of the closet this week and start using our gas stove for the family room.

Today’s Japanese Cooking Style is called Kidney Beans with Sesame Dressing or いんげんの胡麻和え in Japanese.  This a very delicious dish and makes very good side dish for any main course meal. Enjoy.

Lets see what we need to make our Kidney Beans with Sesame Dressing Dish.

Ingredients:

☆ 100g kidney beans

☆ pinch of salt

☆ 3 tbsp parched sesame

☆ 1 tbsp sugar

☆ 1 tbsp vegetable oil

☆ 1 tbsp soy sauce

Direction:

1. String the kidney beans, p;ace in boiling salted water and boil for a few minutes, soak in cold water, drain and cuto into 3㎝ lengths.

2. Grind the sesame in a grinding bowl, when the sesame are half- paste like , add the  sugar, vegetable oil, and soy sauce,and continue grind to make smooth.

3. Place the kidney beans into the grinding bowl, and mix well with the dressing.
