Good Morning Everyone, My weekend has started and I have the morning shift. So I will be posting this from work.. Shhh (Heehee) Another cold morning here and the Earth Quakes are still shaking in Shizuoka all day yesterday, but it seem to not to produce any Tsunami at this moment. There have been warnings though, something to look out for this weekend.
Well, todays Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Beef Bowl or 牛丼 in Japanese. This is a very simple dish for dinner or lunch if you don’t want any thing fancy to eat. Also very delicious too and easy to follow directions. Enjoy
Lets see what we need to make our Beef Bowl dish today.
Direction:
1. heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and beef. When it achieves an even brown color, add the sugar, mirin, sake, and soy sauce and continue frying. Simmer under a high heat until the sauce becomes glossy.
2. Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, place the beef.

I don’t really enjoy eating beef maybe because my mother didn’t not like this too and didn’t introduce it to us when we were still youngsters. But my partner now is a big beef fan so I’m incorporating beef to some of our dishes. Thanks for sharing a nice beef recipe. I’ll try this for my partner.
