☆Seafood Spring Roll(シーフード春巻き) ☆
Good Morning Everyone, It’s Christmas Eve here and it looks like we will not have a White Christmas in my area. (Sob sob) Oh well, we will still have a great Christmas eve any way.
Todays Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Seafood Spring Roll or シーフード春巻き in Japanese. This is a little different from your basic spring rolls, this is very easy to make and very tasty. Enjoy.
Lets see what we need to make our Seafood Spring Roll.
Ingredients:
☆ 12 sheet spring roll pastry
☆ 4 leeks, chopped
☆ 6 scallops, shelled
☆ 8 mid-size shrimps, boiled and shelled
☆ olive oil
☆ fresh cream
☆ white wine
☆ salt and pepper
☆ your taste, nutmeg
☆Chives for decoration
Direction:
1. Slice scallops into two and cut shrimp into 2-3㎝ pieces.
2. Cook leeks, scallops and shrimp in a pan with a little bit of olive oil.
3. Add the fresh cream, wine, salt, pepper and nutmeg
4. Spread two sheets of spring roll pastry and add the oil.
5. Put one big spoonful of leeks in the middle of one of two sheets. Add 2 slices of scallops and 2-3 shrimp
6. Use toothpicks to close together
7. Cook in an oven at 200℃ for about 15 min.
