Todays Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Amberjack Teriyaki orぶりの照り焼きin Japanese. This makes a great main course meal or a side dish. This is very easy to make and very tasty. Enjoy
Let see what we need to make our Amberjack Teriyaki Dish.
Ingredients:
☆ 2 fillets amberjack
☆ 1 tbsp sake
☆ 2 tbsp soy sauce
☆ 1 tsp vegetable oil
☆ 1/2 tbsp sake
☆ 1 tsp sugar
☆ 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
☆ 2 tbsp mirin
Direction:
1. Soak the amberjack fillets in the sake and soy sauce mixture for about 10min, wipe off the moisture.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and fry the fillets, always cook first the side of fish that will face up when served. When browned, turn over ,cover the pan and fry the other side over a low heat.

4. Remove excess oil from the frying pan used in 2, with a paper towel , put the teriyaki sauce into the pan , and simmer the sauce while coaring the fish with the sauce thoroughly. Arrange the fillets on plate.
