Greek Salad( ギリシャ風サラダ)

Hello Everyone sorry That I didn’t have any greeting for this Recipe post. I have explain in my recent post why. Well, lets get back to the cooking shall we.
Todays Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Greek Salad or ギリシャ風サラダ in Japanese. This is not a Japanese Original, but its a salad that I like to make when the vegetables are inexpensive here Japan. Very easy to make and delicious too. Enjoy.
Let get our ingredients ready to make our Greek Salad Dish, shall we.
Ingredients:
☆ 2-3 tomato
☆ 2 cucmber
☆ 60g olive
☆ 50-60g feta dheese
☆ 50cc olive oil
☆ 25cc venegar
☆ salt and pepper
Direction:
1. Cut the tomato and cucumber and cheese into small bite-size.
2. Pit the olive and cut into mince
3. Mix together and add the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and mixwell.
This Recipes Serves 3 ~ 4 people. There you have it.
