• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 400g spaghetti
  • ☆ 40 fresh basil leaves
  • ☆ 1 garlic clove
  • ☆ 1 cup olive oil
  • ☆ 80g grated parmesan cheese
  • ☆ 30g pine nuts
  • ☆ 1 potato
  • ☆ french beans
  • ☆ salt

☆Pasta with Pesto(パスタジェノベーゼ) ☆

Good Morning Everyone, Its a Beautiful but chilly morning here in Japan.  Also very quiet day too, maybe due to the cold weather.  Very unusual for that to happen around here, usually you here the next door neighbors dogs barking every day, but they haven’t made any noise oday. hhmm

Oh well, on with the cooking.  Todays Cooking Japanese Style is called Pasta with Pesto or パスタジェノベーゼ in Japanese.  This is a very tasty recipe and also very easy to make for the family. Enjoy

Let see what ingredients we need to make our Pasta with Pesto Recipe.

Direction:

1. Blend basil leaves, oil, garlic and salt in a food processor, add the pine nuts and parmesan cheese.

2. Peel the potato, and cut into small pieces, cut  the french beans into small pieces, and boil together.

3. Once it stars boiling, add the salt and pasta.

4. Strain pasta and vegetables and add the pesto sauce, mix well.

This Recipes Serves 4  people. There you have it.
