- Ingredients:
- ☆ 1/4 cup salad oil
- ☆ 60g flour
- ☆ 1/2 cup diced onion
- ☆ 1 bell pepper , diced
- ☆ 1/2 celery, diced
- ☆ 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ☆ 2 tomatoes, diced
- ☆ 1/2 cup tomato puree
- ☆ 1 pack okura chopped
- ☆ 1 chicken breast, cut into chunks
- ☆ 2 cube vegetable stock
- ☆ 3g thyme leaves
- ☆ 1 bay leaf
- ☆ salt and pepper
- ☆ 3 cups cooked rice

Direction:
1. Heat the oil in a pot , add the flour and stir , flour and oil together till smooth.
2. Add the onion, celery and pepper, stirirng constantly , add the garlic.
3. Add the tomato puree, stock, tomatoes, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for about 20-30 min. Add the chicken and cook until is tender. Serve with cooked rice.
