Creamed Pork and Mushroom☆Creamed Pork and Mushroom(豚肉ときのこのクリーム煮) ☆

Good Morning Everyone, I’m having a bit of a problem trying to figure out how to take this Malware out of my site, so please bare with me as we  try to clear this up.  I’m still post Recipes, hopefully it will be up by later today.  Thank you for understanding.

Ingredients:

☆ 1 onion

☆ 100g mushroom

☆ 300g fillets of pork

☆ 1/2 cup white wine

☆ 3 tbsp vegetable oil

☆ 2 tsp mustard

☆ 2 tbsp cranberries

☆ 125g fresh cream

☆ salt and pepper

Direction:

1. Cut the onion into thinly slice, wash the mushrooms and slice. Cut the pork into strips.

2. Put the oil in a pan and fry onion until soft, add the mushrooms and fry briefly.

3. Add the some wine and simmer for about 10 min, add the mustard cranberries and fresh cream. Season with salt and pepper. Then, serve with some salad.

This Recipes Serves 4  people. There you have it.
