- ☆ 2-3 drops lemon juice
- ☆ 1-2 finger biscuits for each

Direction
1. Beat fresh cream until soft and creamy, put mascarpone cheese in a large bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula, add the fresh cream, sugar and lemon juice, and fold together . Put in freezer and serve with biscuits.
