• Ingredients:
  • ☆ 4 fillets white fish
  • ☆ 4 slice of lemon
  • ☆ 4-5 tbsp flour
  • ☆ 30g butter
  • ☆ 100cc white wine
  • ☆ 2 tsp mustard
  • ☆ 100cc fresh crem
  • ☆ pinch of parsely
  • ☆ salt and pepper
  • ☆ 4 potatoes for garnish (1 per person)

Good Morning Everyone, I hope that your week has been great.  As mines has been a rough one, looking forward to the weekend here and forgetting what had happen and starting fresh again.  I have done all my visit for Entrecard and Adgitize, finally back on track with my site.  Oh I’m so happy now.

Todays Japanese Cooking Style is called Steamed Fish with Mustard Sauce or 煮魚のマスタードソース in Japanese.  This is a very delicious dish for the family and very easy to make. Enjoy

Lets see what we need to make our Steamed Fish with Mustard Sauce.

Direction:

1. Peel the potato and boil until tender. Season fish with salt and pepper.

2. Wrap fish in aluminum foil with a slice of lemon and parsley. Boil the wrapped fish for about 20 min, then take out of the water. keep of broth.

3. make to sauce: Heat the butter first, then add the flour, stir mixture until flour is smooth, cook until you can’t taste the flour. Slowly mix the fish broth, season  sauce with parsley and mutard.

4. For a richer taste, add the white wine and fresh cream. Serve with sauce.
