Simmered Ground beef and White radish☆Simmered Ground beef and White radish(大根のそぼろ煮) ☆

Good Morning Everyone,

Im on the way to work now, I will be back later tonight to finish up this blog.  Have a great weekend.

Ingredients

☆ 150g ground beef

☆ 1/4 white radish

☆ 2 tbsp sesame oil

☆ 1 tbsp soy sauce

☆ 200 cc dashi stock

☆ 3 tbsp sugar

☆ 2 tbsp soy sauce

Direction

1. Cut the white radish, into slice and thick rectangles.

2. Heat the oil in a pot, and stir- fry the ground beef, and add soy sauce and leave it until lightly parched.

3. Add the white radish and continue to stir- fry, add the dashi stock, sugar, and soy sauce prch until the stock is gone and let stand cool. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with SANSHO pepper your taste.
