Edamame and Yogurt Soup(枝豆とヨーグルトのスープ)

Good Morning Everyone, hope that everything is going great so far this week.  Well, it has finally getting warmer from this week.  The sun is out and from tomorrow me and the hubby has a 2 day holiday.  So we are going to do some brainstorming, on how we can improve my blog.  Hubby has some good ideas and I also have some to share too.  So we will see what we come up with.

Back to the cooking, todays Cooking Japanese Style is called Edamame and Yogurt Soup or 枝豆とヨーグルトのスープ in Japanese.  If you like to try a different type of soup thats healthy.  Then this recipe is for you, its very delicious and very easy to make.  This is great on the those cold night and you want to eat something lite. Enjoy

Lets see what we need to make our Edamame and Yogurt Soup.

Ingredients:

☆ 250g edamame-green-soy beans

☆ 3 tbsp yogurt

☆ 2 tbsp milk

☆ salt for boil the edamame

☆ salt and pepper for season

Direction:

1. Boil the edamame in salted hot water until tender, and drain. Place the edamame in grind bowl, and grind until smooth.

2. Add the yogurt and milk mix well, add the salt and pepper  then seasoning.

3. Let stand cool in refrigerator.

This Recipes Serves 2 people. There you have it.
